Shipping Policy

Shipping charges apply to all orders under $150.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Please allow additional processing time during launches, sales, and other high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Return Policy

To begin a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal.

Full-price merchandise is eligible for a refund when the return is requested and shipped back within 7 days of the date your order was delivered.

Returns received outside of the approved return window will not be eligible for a refund.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

The following return fees apply:

$10 return shipping label fee per return package
$5 restocking fee per returned item
$10 restocking fee per returned gown

These fees will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

We will always do our best to accommodate requests to edit or change an order. However, once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

If a sale item in your order becomes unavailable, you will be refunded for that item and the remainder of your order will still be shipped. This does not make the other items in the order eligible for return if they were otherwise marked final sale.

Orders containing sale items cannot be edited once placed.

Return Process

Please review our return policy above before submitting your return.

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label by email.

Please include the original packing slip with your return.

A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the applicable restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed.
